do you remember the days when meryl streep didn't need a set of false teeth or a fat suit to embody a character?
here she is in 'the seduction of joe lynan' in 1979. a breath of fresh air after watching 'the iron lady' and a reminder of what a great actress she was. not hiding, and not overplaying, no saturday night live impersonation like role. just a great actress in a real role.
